*This is a review of the Dyson AM07 Tower Fan.
Summer starts today in this part of the world and it’s already warming up! I love that Summer gives me some free time to craft for fun, but it can be a challenge when the temperature rises and my craft space gets too warm for my liking. But this summer will be different. The lovely folks at Dyson have given me an AM07 Tower Fan to test drive and I think it’s going to make crafting in the summer heat a whole lot easier!
If you’ve read this blog for a while, you’ll know how much I love things that are both beautiful and functional. Having products that look great and also work well is something I’m always looking for. The Dyson AM07 Tower Fan fits into these two categories perfectly. I’ve been following what Dyson have been creating for a long time and one of these fans have been on my wish list since I first saw them released.
It was super easy to set up straight out of the box and I had it up and running in under 10 minutes. It has 10 airflow settings that make getting the perfect level of cool really easy. The remote makes it easy to change the setting from the couch, or your craft table without having to stop what you’re doing and get up to change it. I’ve also found, that whilst it’s great at cooling my craft space, it also doesn’t send all my paper flying around the space whilst I’m working.
I really get in the zone when I’m crafting something fun and I love that the Tower Fan will keep me cool without me having to stop and weigh my projects down every time I move on to the next part of the project! There have been many summers where I’ve had to switch other fans off and swelter, as to not have the project end up all over the place!
I was really surprised how quiet it really is and that it has a sleep timer where you can set it to switch off at different intervals. It’s also super easy to change the settings if you change your mind. It would be great if you wanted to cool the bedrooms for an hour before bed or even to have it switch off after you’ve fallen asleep. It’s easy to move from one room to another, so I’ll definitely be trying this out on the warm nights to come.
I also love how easy it is to clean and that it doesn’t take up a lot of space. It already feels like a great addition to our home and I can’t wait to use it regularly as it heats up over the next few months! So far, there’s nothing I’ve found that I don’t love about this fan, I love it’s simplicity and how efficient it is. It’s something I’ll most likely be saving for so I can add to another space in my home.
The AM07 Tower Fan RRP is $649. Find all the details of where to buy here
