What a Happy Home is to Me

By Dannielle on June 11, 2013

A happy home, to me, is somewhere there is laughter, mismatched furniture that tells your story and is somewhere you want to be. It doesn’t have to look like it came out of a magazine or that perfect looking catalogue, but somewhere that feels light, happy and free.

What a happy home is to me by Dannielle Cresp on Style for a Happy Home

I think you can make your home a happy one with things that help you to make amazing memories that last long after you’ve moved on and one that lets you live and enjoy life the way you want. Perfect, but untouchable, is overrated. I’m all about friendly spaces that people want to inhabit, whether it be the kitchen, the playroom or even the laundry because lets face it, we do have to spend time in there.

I believe that you should never feel guilty about having things you love in your home, even if they’re not ‘on trend’ but have sentimental value. Messy homes are happy homes, but it can help (our sanity) if everything has a place it can go back to.

This blog is a way that you can look at your home differently and to find a way to make your things cheap nfl jerseys and your space work for you. It will help you to rid yourself of the things you no longer love and to help Signature you find a way to organise and enjoy the things you do.

I believe in functional and pretty homes, where you have a mixture of what you need and what you love and a home where there aren’t things you wish you didn’t have to dust. In a world of perfect, I think there’s room for a happy medium that lets your home tell the story of you and makes you feel that sigh of relief when you walk through your front door.

There are no To ‘rights’ and ‘wrongs’, just ideas for wholesale mlb jerseys what might work for you and how they have (or sometimes haven’t) worked for me. There’s no judgement here, just experiments and thoughts. This will be a fun space where we can laugh at the times things didn’t quite go to plan and a space to high five when we, by sheer magic, pulled that idea off.

I’m working towards building myself a happy home through finding my style, a little bit of organisation (I may need a little Masnou more than just a little) and some mini makeovers that might just make my home cheap jerseys feel like a wonderful place to just be me and I thought you might like to as well.

Join me here on Tuesdays and Thursdays for Football ideas on how we can all style our own happy homes.
